Jewellery, by its nature, is delicate. We are happy to repair an item purchased on martapaolillo.com free of charge within the first 120 days of receiving the purchase. Repairs required after 120 days, or deemed to be caused by improper use, will incur repair and shipping charges at the customer's expense. Prices for repairs vary depending on the style and typically start at €30, plus shipping costs.

Repairs requiring international shipping will be charged for shipping both ways. Many (but not all) of our rings can be resized. Prices for ring reduction vary depending on the style and typically start at €40. The request for ring resizing and shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by other jewelers. Any warranty of the item will be considered void if another jeweler has carried out repairs on Marta Paolillo's jewel.
